This drink is so named because of the many nuanced spices and botanicals that are apparant when you sip it. It is basically flavored gin, and as a result pretty stiff.
- 2 oz strongly botanical gin (we used Greenhook but a Jenever style gin would wok here too)
- 1/2 oz syrup of Tangerine spoon sweet
- 2-4 dashes lemon bitters (we used those produced by The Bitter Truth)
Shake with ice, serve in an cocktail glass with ice.
